Build on each other's work.
Blocks are parts of games that developers publish: a city, a checkpoint gate, a boost pad, a vehicle, a game mode. Add one to your game in one command, or ask Claude to. Every live game that ships a block pays its author, and using blocks costs you nothing.
Publish a block, earn from every game that ships it
A block is a folder with block.json and its files. Write it to take gb as a parameter, then publish it from the terminal. Each publish is a new permanent version.
npx growblocks block init my-block # block.json + index.js npx growblocks block publish # publish it npx growblocks block status # yours, and the live games that ship them
Of all the fees a game makes while its live build ships blocks, 5% goes to those blocks, split evenly. GrowBlocks pays it from its own share: the game's developer keeps 70%. A fork keeps 70% of its part and passes 30% to the block it started from, up to 3 levels. Earnings are claimed in the Dev Kit, with your game earnings.
Dev Kit beta on Robinhood Chain testnet: earnings are test credits until mainnet. A developer earns nothing from blocks in their own games.
